Before you Visit
✓ Appointment & Registration
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking an appointment helps reduce waiting time.
Bring your doctor’s prescription (if available).
Carry a valid ID proof for registration.
✓ Fasting Instructions
Some tests require fasting for accurate results:
Blood Glucose / Lipid Profile / Thyroid / Biochemistry Panels – 8 to 12 hours fasting
Ultrasound Abdomen – Fasting for 2 hours by doctor's prescription
USG Pelvis / KUB – Full bladder required (drink 2 liters of water before scan)
If unsure, our team will guide you based on your test.
✓ Medication Guidelines
Continue your regular medications unless instructed otherwise by your doctor.
For special tests (Hormones, Stress tests, etc.) you may receive specific instructions from our staff.
After Your Visit
✓ Report Collection
Most reports are available same day or within 24 hours depending on the test.
Reports can be collected:
From the reception counter
Through WhatsApp
Through Email
Through online report portal (if enabled)
✓ Understanding Your Reports
Our team helps guide you in accessing and downloading your reports.
For medical interpretation, please consult your doctor for advice and treatment decisions.
Special Instructions for Specific Tests
MRI-
Remove all metal objects: jewellery, watches, belts, credit cards, hearing aids.
Inform us if you have pacemaker, metal implants, pregnancy, or claustrophobia.
CT Scan-
Some scans may require contrast; our team will guide you.
Inform us if you have kidney issues, allergies, or diabetes.
Digital X-Ray-
Pregnant women should inform the radiographer before the scan.
Follow positioning instructions for accurate imaging.
Ultrasound & Doppler-
Abdominal scans require fasting.
Pelvic & pregnancy scans may require bladder filling.
